We also provide personal user tutoring and training on Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Powerpoint), and other applications including photo editing and video editing.
Pick up or at home service is available, no extra charges for at home servicing, we try to work whichever way is most convenient for you.

Computer repair and services
Rate - $75/hr billed per half hour increments($50 min. charge)
We provide on-site computer repair and service, at your home or office in Brooklyn or Manhattan.
We also provide the advice you need to understand computer issues and make the right technology choices. For example:
* Should you upgrade to Windows VISTA? If so, are your computers ready to run it?
* Should you upgrade your old computers, or buy new ones?
* Do you need to upgrade from peer-to-peer to a true client-server environment?
These are questions that computer users face every day, and we can help. We offer comprehensive computer consulting services for small business as well as home users.

Rate - $100 which includes up to 2 hours of service(each additional hour is billed at $50/hr)

What is the difference between DVD-R and DVD+R
